General Shipping Policies
We ship via US Post Office or UPS with a tracking feature. If you prefer we ship via Fed Ex or DHL, please email us at hello@soapwalla.com for a shipping estimate. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products that were under the shipper's care. International purchasers may be charged VAT at the time of delivery.
You may exchange most new, unopened products purchased directly on soapwalla.com within 28 days of shipping date for a store credit. We do not cover shipping fees. If your request is because of our error, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
Unfortunately, and without exception, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. We will not return or exchange products that have been used or damaged by parties other than Soapwalla.
If you purchased your item at another store or online retailer, please understand that each store has its own return policy. Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than soapwalla.com must be returned to the retailer and may not be returned to us.
Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello@soapwalla.com to request a replacement. We do not exchange samples, limited edition or bespoke products.
